Gail and her associates recently renovated our 100 year home in Trinity Park.  It was a difficult job because we wanted to maintain the beautiful details of our older home, but also wanted some modern updates and conveniences.  Gail and her crew were the height of professionalism and did a wonderful job.  This was our first home and so we didn’t really know what we were doing, but Gail’s experienced hand guided us through the whole experience.  We had heard horror stories of cost overruns and lengthy delays, but even though our renovation overlapped with the beginning of Covid-19, the job finished ahead (!!!) of schedule and on budget.  We love our house to death and already used Gail again to help us renovate our screened porch. I just moved into my third G.Crabtree built home and I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the magnificent job Gail and her crew did from start to finish.  I didn’t think I could love another home more than the one I moved out of, but Gail outdid herself on my new 800 square foot accessory dwelling unit.  Her attention to the smallest details is evident throughout the house. She didn’t hesitate to push me in a direction that I might not have thought of.  I was hesitant to go with 10 foot ceilings, but she knew that it would really make the space feel bigger. I am so happy I went with her sound advice. Gail was a dream to work with and produces a stellar product!

When I decided to renovate my 1970s ranch house, I went straight to Gail Crabtree. I didn’t even consider talking to other contractors. Gail built a custom home for me nearly 30 years ago and I wanted that same experience again. She delivers what she says she will – on time and on budget. She gave me an estimated price range before we started and my base price came in below halfway. Even with upgrades added during construction, like refinishing all floors and painting the entire interior, my final price was still below her high-end estimate. She also gave me an 8-12 week window for completion. I was out of my house 8 weeks and it took about another two weeks to finish up.

With an entire house reno there are so many decisions to make. Gail quickly understood my style and helped narrow down options so I was not overwhelmed and we could stay on track.

Perhaps the best recommendation for Gail is the high esteem her subcontractors hold for her. I was on site every day and spoke often with the teams. Many have been with her for years which speaks volumes in the current booming housing market. They all knew the quality Gail expects and were genuinely proud of the work they did.

I absolutely love my “new” house and can honestly say I would do it again.
