We recently added a screened porch to our home, using G. Crabtree Home Building. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. We started with an old deck in desperate need of replacement. Gail, Rama, and the crew of excellent craftsmen that they assembled took my “back of the napkin” picture of what I hoped a new porch could look like, and turned it into a space better than I imagined. Gail listened carefully to what I wanted, had an excellent plan drawn up that captured my ideas, and then worked with her crews to have it built. She and Rama communicated with me throughout; there were never any surprises or unanswered questions. At the same time they did this job, they also did a great job on a minor remodel in the master bath. All of the craftsmen (construction, painters, tile worker, electricians, plumbers) involved in both projects were professional, worked very hard, did excellent jobs, and left the areas they worked in clean and debris-free. We are enjoying both of our “new” spaces, and hope to have G. Crabtree Home Building help us with future projects.
